vipphp Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vipphp ("vipphp," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at vipphp.club. By creating an account, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vipphp platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on vipphp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. vipphp strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or artificial entity accounts are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether use of vipphp is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of vipphp or any of its associated partners, game providers, or payment processors, nor a close family member of such persons.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or had an account terminated by vipphp for violations of these Terms.

vipphp reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account if it reasonably believes any eligibility requirement is not met.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the vipphp platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. vipphp is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipphp login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. vipphp will never request your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility.

vipphp accepts deposits via Philippine-supported payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit fees are not charged by vipphp, though third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are credited to your vipphp wallet balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. In the event of a disputed deposit, you must contact support with transaction proof within 7 days of the transaction date.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on interbank clearing times.

• Withdrawal requests may be subject to pending wagering requirements if a bonus is active on your account at the time of the request.
• vipphp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified amounts, which may temporarily delay processing pending documentation review.
• Funds deposited into your vipphp account may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. Deposits may not be transferred directly to third parties.

vipphp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each promotion at the time of offering.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Abuse of bonus terms — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting to clear wagering requirements with reduced risk ("bonus abuse"), or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• vipphp reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately. vipphp reserves the right to reclaim erroneously credited bonus funds from a player's account balance.

All bets placed on the vipphp platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting limits applicable to each game or market. These rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the vipphp system are final and binding. vipphp reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors or malfunctions in the game software or platform infrastructure that produce incorrect game outcomes or display incorrect odds.
• Bets placed on markets that should not have been offered due to data feed errors or premature market opening.
• Evidence of match manipulation, corruption, or irregular betting patterns as determined by vipphp's risk management team.
• Bets placed by ineligible players, including underage players or players in self-exclusion.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the vipphp system records and game provider logs shall be the definitive record. The decision of vipphp's dispute resolution team is final on all matters.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the vipphp platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, play, or place bets on the platform.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, or fraud — including chip dumping in poker, coordinated arbitrage across accounts, or exploiting software bugs for unintended gain.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of vipphp for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming entertainment.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, whether by VPN or other means of circumvention.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at vipphp staff or other players via any platform communication channel.

All content on the vipphp platform — including but not limited to the vipphp brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vipphp or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vipphp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any vipphp content without prior written authorisation from vipphp.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vipphp shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of reputation, or interruption of gaming service.

vipphp provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly during maintenance windows, high-traffic events such as PBA Finals or major UFC cards, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including telecommunications infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vipphp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

vipphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to assist players in managing their gaming activity. These tools are accessible via the Mine dashboard after logging in to your vipphp account.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion by contacting vipphp support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to create new accounts or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.

You may close your vipphp account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable identity verification, provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

vipphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• KYC documentation not provided within the required timeframe.
• An account that has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement instruction to do so.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and vipphp that cannot be resolved through vipphp's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

vipphp reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the vipphp platform, not less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the vipphp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
